To help our members find an hour every day that they enjoy and look forward to. CrossFit Training is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. We are committed to helping our members feel better & live healthier lives. At Canvas we offer different workout programs with the same goal of feeling better and providing a great workout experience. Our programs are “CrossFit”, “Sweat”, & our supplementary Mobility class “Body Works” Options for anyone, of any age, & fitness level.

If you’re like me, you want to be more proactive about your fitness, but you don’t know which gym, and you aren’t sure which exercises you should be doing. Add the fact that it’s intimidating to just walk into a gym and try and get into a rhythm. I was intimidated to start working on myself. Jon, the owner of CrossFit Canvas is welcoming, he’s always got a smile on his face, and Jon greets everyone as a friend. He is the most positive person, I have never heard him say one negative thing, and he’s watched me attempting a pull-up! When I last saw Jon he was working on his new gym, and he kept joking that he is not a construction worker. But I believe Jon is a builder.
